Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Onboarding and processing new hires, Payroll, Performance Management, and HR Core.
  • Processing new hires
  • Outdated software - user interface could be better (design, wording, groups)
  • The functionality is limited
  • Reporting feature needs to be revamped
  • Better user friendly mobile app for employees and managers
  • Other than housing data, I don't see it having other impacts on ROI
Delegation and approvals for HR Shared Services model.
The experience hasn't been exciting after working with other programs at other organizations.
The organization already had UKG Pro - it was nothing that was chosen. As far as ranking, it would be last on the list.
