Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

I use UKG Pro for all HR, payroll, learning, survey, LMS, benefits in the US only

Pros

  • Automation of reports
  • recruiting process

Cons

  • Constant changing of our service team members
  • Random issues where things used to work and then seem to break on their own, particularly with payroll
  • Manager engagement with access and self service
  • employee engagement with self service
