Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Total Package works great for us - easy navigation and contiuously updates as needed. Resourceful for HR and Payroll functions. Since our integration with UKG we have seen improvments over the last 16 months. Coustomer Service is improving and the work flow od resolutions continues to improve. The changes were necessary and have proven to be as promised.

Great platform for mulitple buisness houses under a parent company integrates human resource functions with payroll functions. Easy navigation and consistent updtes to the platform. Customer service response time continues to improve and resolutions are getting faster to resolve within the tickets submitted to customer service at UKG. Much improved in the last 12 months or so.

Great Platform, Easy to navigate- offers many self help and how to videos as well as support wihin the system. The platform works within the Human Resource functions and the payroll fucntions. In the LAst 16 months there has been many changes wihtin the UKG and they were needed and so far they have been possitive in regards to customer service and timeline for resooltions.
