Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

I am an HR Manager, myself and my team of HR Generalists use UKG to process workflows, address changes, on boarding, etc. UKG has helped us eliminate paper transactions and excel spreadsheets. We also have one source of information, allowing us to have employee contact information (phone numbers, emails, addresses, etc.) in one spot.

Pros

  • Information is easily accessible
  • On-boarding

Cons

  • Effective dating transactions
  • More streamlined processes
  • Increase efficiency
We were able to eliminate the processing of internal movement transactions on an excel spreadsheet. We were able to train our team on processing workflows and having our payroll team approve them. Less manual entry and less room for error.
It is good, but there are things that could be better.

The system has worked for us for most of of our day to day needs. We recently switched from UKG Recruiting to iCIMS and decided to keep using the UKG Onboarding. This process was better then what iCIMS was for us, specifically because of the tax forms our state requires.
