In our organization, we use UKG Pro For pretty much all things HR (human resources)
Pros
- Easy to use
- A lot of things in one place
Cons
- I think there is room for improvement in UKG Pro because, in my experience, the Reports are confusing
- I think there is room for improvement in UKG Pro because, in my experience, the Reports take to long to run
- I think there is room for improvement in UKG Pro because, in my experience, UKG Pro Logs me out too quickly
