Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, we use UKG Pro for HR (human resources) on board

Pros

  • easy to navigate

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in UKG Pro with delegations access
  • easy to find new hire data
An example of when UKG Pro directly affected our work life is when an employee was injured and we had to contact his emergency contact
