Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We utilize whole HRIS capabilities. We have issues with training and development for employees usage and also for training tracking. We haven’t implemented our LMS yet but we are working on it. Another issue we have is our EDI. We have had several issues with lagging in enrollment and delayed employee enrollment.

Pros

  • EDI for short period enrollment.
  • Trading hiring managers in proper employee login training
  • I think the usage of the community is really limiting. There aren’t very many resources for basic step by step procedures.

Cons

  • User implementation.
  • Lack of mobility device to desktop cross over, especially for admins.
  • Benefits enrollments.
  • Seems slightly archaic interface.
  • Some time management advances.
  • Consistency in depts
Pay, HR Filing, Reports, Documentation center
There are some functions that are great but overall it seems clunky most days.

The review set up, once successfully set up. Seems in-depth and development forward. Being able to add competencies and track progress for employee is great. I wish their progress was able to be visually tracked on People Analytics. I really wish there was better training for administrators on People Analytics and how to better utilize it within our organization.
