Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We currently use UKG Pro to manage our employee and volunteer records.

Pros

  • Updates transactions
  • Payroll transaction workflows
  • Employee Access to their payroll information

Cons

  • Complete workflow transfer between modules
  • More flexibility in creating codes
  • Increase training in Ulti University to older products
  • Reduced TA time of manually tracking applicants
  • Reduced HR Manager time on manually creating and going through processes
  • Reduced time spent with employees to see their personnel file infomration
Centralized employee requests for HR support
The report builder gave me an opportunity to reduce the time I spent going through employee data to create the same exact report.
There are modules that we have implemented in the hopes of becoming more efficient that we later learned would not flow through UKG Pro and Workforce Management in the manner we hoped.
