Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

we use it for attendance

  • atendance
  • asking for days off

Cons

  • easier to onboard we still have modules that we have no program
  • price
  • employees love it
  • hr finds it esier
we have not had the time to do this. we are an hr of one and it has been difficult to be able to benefit from all the program has we hope to get their soon
when and employee ask for days off
because we have not time to take advantage of everything
