Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

For personal document management and employer related items as well as a manager of teams

  • Employee pro is easy for our team members to create, resulting in higher employee satisfaction.
  • Easy to disseminate employee documents for acknowledgment, less workload on HR team.
Document management for employee files.
I think at times it is cumbersome to use, and the terminology in the menus is not sufficiently clear

For my use as an individual employee, there appears to be sufficient information and accessibility to information within the software. However, as a manager, I find it, lacks the ability to provide me with sufficient information on my direct team, as well as for my skip reports
