Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, UKG Pro is Used daily for recruiting, payroll, onboarding, core, BI (business intelligence), Position management etc

Pros

  • BI/COGNOS data
  • Self service for employees

Cons

  • Customer Service - response time or actually responding to cases
  • Concerned enough to repeat - timely customer service - do no ignore cases
  • Self service for ee's, saves time and ee's like
  • BI data - provides data to Execs that they need
Payroll, review increases
Compensation Worksheets - saved three days of work when pulling eval scores and increase amounts. Used to use Excel.
