Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, we use UKG Pro for Timecards for my staff and the My time App

Pros

  • UKG Pro mobile app
  • staff can sign in anytime

Cons

  • going back and forth from the schedule back to the timecard is not easy
  • allowing staff to enter time off ahead of time without needing approval
  • Reports being sent to people other than the manager of the person the report is on.
  • Easier timecard management

I gave UKG Pro this usability rating because, in my experience, UKG Pro is Pretty user friendly except for report writing and switching between go to sites
