Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Used for HRIS, ATS, onboarding and open enrollment. Used for a national company with about 2000 employees. Employees also used the app to deal with transactions and we used the kiosk function for some (not all) hourly. locations. Because it was a national brand, we had several tiers of access. Partnered with ADP for payroll.

Onboarding. We used to need to send out multiple Docusigns and now it all lives under one roof. The notifications and tracking that it has really helps with at a glance things which is very handy when scaling for seasonal.
We had been DYING trying to streamline keeping docs for employee files under one roof. The transition from paper to digital was already hard but then moving averting on one secure place wasn’t happening. Love that UKG Pro lets you upload specific items that might be I. House only so you don’t have to worry about a new portal or mass resigning of policies.
Wish that some of the action items were stored or worded a little more logically. I’ve worked in 5 or so HRIS and UKG Pro while vast, still took the longest to learn.

Great at keeping all the historical data.
We were heavily audited and this greatly helped thing.
Didn’t love how hard it was to get a custom report made.
ATS had the potential to be great but there is a lot of work that has to be put in by you to make that happen. Which there was a preview/sandbox version before you posted something.
The handover from ATS to onboarding was a little clunky and made it hard to delete profiles without also deleting all the data.
Wish that job posting in the drafts section could be deleted or at least archived. Once you start one, it’s in purgatory as soon as you enter a job code.
