Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, we use UKG Pro for payroll and W-2s at previous organization. Included use of paystubs, W4’s, and also the use of UKG Pro for separated employees.

  • Separated employee experience
  • Ease of use for payroll
Onboarding, new hire use. Benefit of streamlined payroll process in previous organization
Transferred to contracting role and the transition was smooth and payroll process was not impacted
I gave UKG Pro this usability rating because, in my experience, UKG Pro is Easy to use for most demographics
