Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, We use UKG Pro for performance management and records management

Pros

  • Customer service
  • document manager
  • people assist

Cons

  • implementation of new modules is time consuming
  • increased efficiency in onboarding
  • better compliance i.e. I9 documentation
We have centralized onboarding processing
Better compliance in ensuring all required documents are obtained on day 1.
Easy to use, but would love to understand how on-boarding module was built. Right now, all employees sign off on same documents, regardless of position or location.

If asked, I think I would tell a colleague that, in my experience, UKG Pro took a lot of internal resources, and time, to implement People Assist and Document Manager modules.
