Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, we use UKG Pro to Process payroll and for customer tickets

Pros

  • Payroll gateway
  • Reporting
  • Utm (UKG Pro Time Management)

Cons

  • Local tax updates need to be done on time to avoid ajustments
  • CSR (customer service representative) core and payment services always tossing cases back and forth
  • Ukg wallet feeda
  • Better reporting
New hires
We were told by sales our history could be moved over but that was not the case
