The initial set up and training of new modules is not in-depth enough. When you actually start using it, you can no longer talk to the trainer, you have to contact support.

Contacting support for any help is an atrocious experience. It takes too long to get any communication and they just aren't familiar enough with your organization to understand and immediately solve your issues.

Your training university is hard to sort through to get what you are looking for. Too much information all in one place and not enough ability to narrow down what you need.

Reports are way too complicated to understand how to generate with any information you actually need or are wanting to look at.
