Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We are using it as our mail HRIS system. It has helped us be able to reach our employees on an easier level. They are able to view and get to their personal data quicker. HR can pull data and run real-time reports at the tip of their fingers, which is very helpful.

It is very user-friendly; it is like Amazon, where you don't need to be told how to use it, you just know.

We switched from central to UKG Ready and it has been a fresh breath of air; there is so much more we can now do in UKG Ready that we did not know that we were being limited by in central. The updated and fresh look is just the start, but I also love that they are always available to take questions and help if you do not know how something works in the system.
