Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready
The whole organization uses UKG Ready for timekeeping, payroll, benefits administration, and leave of absence tracking and we will soon use its performance management. It allows us to have a majority of our data in one place while making our processes more efficient. Users are able to be more hands-on and serve themselves.
