Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)
[UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)] is used throughout our whole association. It helps standardize processes and makes our hiring process easier on the manager. We use it for payroll, electronic filing of our employee documents, and are wanting to introduce scheduler in the near future.

- Helps our managers and employees become more independent. This frees up more time on the HR side.
- Standard processes with workflows. This allows us to track things, see what people are doing, and pull reports to see how we can address issues
- Negative-The way our organization does some processes (I.E New hire process) it makes doing it all electronic very difficult. I wish there was a way to make things easier to set up, and work arounds on some of the work flows. Maybe this will be fixed with the onboarding portal.

Yes - We had an issues with the requisitions and supervisors not being able to see applicants. We had to wait for the next release in order to get it fixed. Although we put our a work around to our supervisors it was hard to follow. It took about 1 month before everything seemed to be worked out.
When I took over this position I did not have much training on anything within the position. The support team went above their call of duty and showed me how work flows went and also how they could be mapped out. They also where A LOT of help during our COVID-19 lay off and how we can handle things. They helped me create new security profiles and explained to me the best way to do with what we had set in our minds.

- Actions-Once they are set up they are super simple
- Work flows- Once they are set up they make the process so much smoother
- Reporting- Very easy to pull data for multiple topics when needed
- Creating custom forms
- Making job descriptions work in the system....no easy way to do it
- When posting a job sometime the location on the posting requisition is odd. For instance it goes by zip code. We may say a position is in Brentwood, but it will publish it for St. Louis
Yes - No complaints. Our supervisors like that they can approve timesheets, change request, etc from anywhere. That they do not have to log in to do it
