Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)
We currently use UKG for all non-exempt employees to track their time. It allows us to not use a manual process when time tracking and processing payroll.
- We have been able to move from paper timesheets which allows for accuracy and ease.
- The reporting module allows us to view and analysis our data how we need to see it.
- The new user interface is much better but puts a lot of information on one screen.
- Our business objectives continue to expand we use the system to its full potential.
