UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) is used to track time and labor, accruals, and scheduling across the organization.

Support for Advanced Scheduler is weak
The implementation team we used was not that experienced or didn't understand our needs
It is hard to find answers to your questions on the community page

Our managers were initially very frustrated with the system. We have been able to work out most bugs. Our ROI is neutral.

Advanced Scheduler does need work and needs better support.

Training is OK but is not specific to our industry and needs. You have to be able to educate yourself to fully use the system.
