We use UP across the organization but some parts of our organization don't use the payroll module because it doesn't work well for our lines of business - construction and security. I love the Applicant Tracking System for recruitment.
Pros
- Innovative
- Easy for applicants to apply and keeps our company compliant with OFCCP.
Cons
- I would really like to see the hire source from ATS to automatically carry over to Core when we processes a new hire.
- Ability to upload our payroll data into prior pay for employees to see without having to process payroll in UP.
- Increased employee efficiency
- Better customer service for our applicants
I have used other systems and Taleo was great. The downfall for our company is that we implemented it from a corporate level and then fed it down the subsidiaries and there are certain things we can't do.
