Overall Satisfaction

We use UltiPro for core HR and Payroll administration across the whole organization. Having a single system for both functions is an improvement over the 3 separate systems it replaced.

Pros

  • UltiPro makes transactions easy to complete and provides training and tools for processes that are more complex.

Cons

  • I would like to see improvement in the benefits administration areas.
  • We're too soon in the implementation to be able to measure the ROI on the overall business, but it's promising...
  • ADP, Ascentis and Epicor(iVantage)
UltiPro has a more user-friendly look and feel, implementation is relatively smooth, and the level of support and customer focus is top notch!
It's too soon not to renew. Things are going well so far and there's no need to change.
It's a well-suited product for a mid-sized organization with 100% of staff on U.S. payroll. If you're Global, make sure you ask specific questions about functionality for overseas locations
