Overall Satisfaction

It is used across 2 companies for payroll, timekeeping & HR. BI is being used minimally at this time. Workflow/approvals have been implemented about 20%
  • Timekeeping is simple and visual. Scheduling makes supervisors happy
  • Interface of timekeeping to core allows PTO tracking
  • we can get approvals for our increases and transfers
  • BI/reporting is difficult to use for my end users.
  • We don;t know yet. I think that in another year we will see some in paper elimination, but that needs to be developed
Benefits will not work for us without additional $. It takes a full time employee to support. Our expectations were too high, based on our sales presentatiions
If you have multiple companies and want to use benefits, make sure you understand the ramifications if all companies are not on UltiPro payroll. You should be aware of what SAAS can & cannot do for use.

Support

We have been with 2 or 3 different teams over the year. We've had things get broken because of fixes they've done, for example GL. It is difficult to call & get an answer
