UltiPro is being used throughout our entire organization and has helped with accuracy, utilization, efficiency within payroll, and better performance management.

Pros

  • UltiPro stays up-to-date! There are releases throughout the year that include many upgrades based on user feedback.
  • Adds ease to overall quality performance management, allowing on-going feedback by using a "journal" feature.
  • Provides efficiency in the payroll process.

Cons

  • UltiPro is growing so fast that sometimes customer service can be a little slow.
  • BI could be a little easier to utilize for non-techy people..
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Less payroll processing time
  • Less HR data entry, as UltiPro allows the employees the opportunity to enter their own information and make changes
It's a leader in the industry and is constantly changing to stay up-to-date.
Be sure the performance management module will work for your company, as there are many organizations that have particular ways of processing their reviews.
