Overall Satisfaction

We're using UltiPro for all aspects of the employee/employer relationship from recruiting to retirement. Employee and manager self service has made the administration much simpler. Business Intelligence allows us to automate many daily tasks, plus pull data for more in depth analytics.
  • Benefits enrollment has become seamless, and paperless.
  • Payroll is simple and easy to process.
  • Onboarding has also allowed us to go paperless. We haven't created a new employee paper file in months.
  • BI allows us to monitor situations, and alert us to changes. Much better than constantly running reports to manually monitor situations.
  • I would like to see more functionality around adding budget numbers, so we can report off those.
  • It would be a nice feature in compensation management to have Market Data for comparison.
  • Payroll is processed in 20% of the time as our previous software.
  • Benefits enrollment is simpler. Our employees love the simplicity, and speed of enrollment.
  • The employee life cycle from search to hire is much simpler. All the data migrates over to the main product from Recruiting, so it's efficient and accurate.

We chose UltiPro because of the seamless integration, and customer retention numbers. The account manager relationship, vs the call center with ADP was also a huge factor. The ease of implementation and maintenance vs Kronos was also a large part of the decision.

UltiPro just keeps getting better. The improvements are always reflective of what is happening in the HR world, with increased engagement, simpler transactions, etc. Ultimate listens to the users, and implements their ideas.

Customer service - having an Account Manager vs a call center makes it much easier to track any incidents that do come up. You can develop a relationship with that one person, and that makes you successful.

It may be too much product for a small (100 emp or less) company.
