Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Being used by the organization both corporate and subsidiary companies. Used primarily for payroll, recruiting, time and attendance. Moving toward Performance Management, Talent Management/Succession Planning

Pros

  • Easy interface and workflow
  • Best practices

Cons

  • Scalability to companies of varying sizes
This is my first experience with an enterprise human resources product.
As a new user, time will tell. However, I appreciate the opportunity UltiPro provides to allow organizations to streamline processes
