Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro primarily for time management, payroll and recruitment of new employees.
  • Allowed us to get away from the hassle of paper timesheets.
  • Ability to schedule reports
  • Helps in organizing recruitment candidates
  • User interface for timesheets is very klunky and more time consuming than it should be.
  • Can't launch directly in to timesheet module. Must navigate from home page so another page to enter time worked. This causes too many to not keep up on timesheets on a daily basis.
  • While there is an area to create customized reports, it is not as customizable as we'd like and it is also not a very user-friendly interface.
While it is nice to have electronic recruitment tools, UltiPro is not the most user friendly and it does not allow more than one manager to manage recruitment for one job posting. This is problematic when there are two managers handling the hiring of a position where multiple hires will be made.
UltiPro is well suited for an organization who wants to get away from managing employee timesheets on paper and add some automation on the backend. It is not very user friendly and is difficult to use if you are on a monitor set to lower resolutions.
