Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used across our organization to streamline processes that used to be done manually or on paper.
  • Extremely attentive and helpful during the implementation process. The UltiPro team worked around the clock to ensure that our needs were met.
  • The system is user friendly and intuitive, particularly from the end-user perspective.
  • The system is highly customizable to meet diverse needs.
  • Some difficulties arise from the fact that different modules aren't fully integrated with the rest of the system. For example, Time Management sometimes feels like it's own separate product from Core, and there's room to make those modules work together better as a unified system.
UltiPro's integration capabilities with other IT systems are more advanced than other providers like Paylocity.

Evaluating UltiPro and Competitors

Integration capabilities with other IT systems are more advance than Paylocity. They system is more customizable (and the team is more flexible) than the impression we got from ADP.
