Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro across the entire corporation for employee self-service, managing payroll and time management. We're currently in the process of rolling out all the other modules. It helps us manage all our employee data. We will be using it to automate many HR related processes.
  • It has a highly configurable UltiPro Time Management (UTM) module that has been able to successfully handle our complex time management rules.
  • Love the BI reporting features and Web Services.
  • Need to be able to on-board contractors without having to fill out many pages of information that we don't typically collect for a contract based employee.
  • Need to expand the Web Services to include the ability to access and update more information.
  • Need support for rich text for Goals and Competencies
UltiPro is well suited to customers who have experienced HR, payroll and IT staff that can shoulder much of the implementation.

Evaluating UltiPro and Competitors

We looked at Workday but the implementation costs were a non-starter for us. Ultipro has certainly met our needs at a fraction of the implementation cost.
