Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use it for Core HR/Payroll for our entire organization. The modules we use are: Performance Management, Benefits, and Onboarding. Additonally, we use the BI - Cognos.
Pros
- It is easy to configure the Open Enrollment tool.
- You can quickly identify people who have completed OE and those who have not and e-mail individuals from directly inside the system.
- Unlike with some other systems I've used, System Administrators are able to set up varying levels of security access for Core users based on a particular role created. The options are easier to navigate.
- They have shown great improvement in their customer service for as response turnaround time.
Cons
- I would like them to offer more configurability options for System Administrators. For those of us who are SaaS users the flexiblity is just not as pleasing as it could be.
- They could do better on their response time in the area of BI-Cognos support. It might be days before anyone gets back to you (if at all). The perception I tend to get is that the support they have don't kow enough about BI.
- Overall, some of the functionality is just a little stringent when it comes to the SaaS offering. Customs are not efficient when you are a SaaS cusomter; risk losing what you've paid for and it's frustrating to get support for a fix.
