Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used for payroll and recently [we started using] UltiPro Time Management (UTM).

Pros

  • The system has great potiential. We just don't have a dedicated UtliPro user.
  • It is nice to have everything in one system, employee records, performance management, compensation and time management.

Cons

  • I believe one of the things Ultipro does well is listen to the concerns of their customers when there is a problem. They work with you in a timely manner to resolve the issue at hand. Their customer service has really improved in just the few years we have been with them.
  • They have a feedback section where customers can submit ideas for possible future features.
If not sure, always ask what is "custom" and what is out of the box.
