Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro as our complete HRIS solution. We currently use the Payroll, UTM, Open Enrollment, Life Event, and Performance Management modules. We use open enrollment twice a year for our Spring and Winter sessions. We recently rolled out the Performance Management module for our annual reviews as well as our 30, 60, and 90 day evaluations to assess the performance of employees new to the organization. We intend on rolling out the Compensation Management module to assist with the administration of merit increases and promotions.
  • Highly Configurable

  • When there are issues that need to be immediately resolved, having to open a support case to have it addressed is very frustrating.
  • Some of the modules are not integrated with each other. An example is the Recruitment module not being able to "talk"/ link with the Core module.
  • There could be more training with respect to using Analysis Studio and Event Studio. I am able to use these reporting tools, however it was primary through trial and error. These tools, if used correctly, can help alleviate the administrative burden for any organization.
It is important to ensure that the historical information in imported correctly. Especially PTO hours and job history information.

Evaluating UltiPro and Competitors

Ultipro is the best HRIS system that I have used thus far. Each year the product continues to improve and the amount of resources that are available to assist are extremely helpful to new users. The IBM Cognos reporting and event studio are the tools that give our department the advantages we need to succeed.
