Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Our company uses UltiPro for talent management and onboarding. All applications for all company positions are collected, managed, and processed through UltiPro. We also use UltiPro to manage employee benefits and payroll. After an employee is hired with the company, their profile and specifics can be managed in UltiPro.

Pros

  • Ability to manage an employee from application through their entire employment.
  • Many reporting capabilities.
  • It can be customized to fit your company's specific needs.

Cons

  • There are a lot of options, it could be more streamlined.
  • We have other company programs that UltiPro will not link with to share information.
