Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used by our organization to integrate our HR/Payroll processes across several organizations in Alaska and Hawaii. The implementation of UltiPro has eliminated many paper-based processes in favor of a mature web-based solution that allows us to manage our employee base and produce reports that drive efficiency and enhance the decision making process.
  • User experience.
  • Reporting through IBM Business Intelligence.
  • Strategic partnerships with other companies like PingIdentity, CertPoint, Sterling, etc.
  • Responsiveness to customer feedback and requests for enhancements.
  • Empowering administrators to do bulk updates of employee data.
  • Better interface methodology to commonly used Benefits Providers (Premera, Aetna, CharlesSchwab, etc.)
  • More Customer Success Professionals. It seems that they are assigned too many companies and do not have enough time to dedicate to each case.
Microsoft Dynamics - Cluggy and not user friendly.
SAP - Difficult to administer and not designed to be customer facing.
The product is constantly evolving. If we were to go through the selection process again I would ask the following question:

What assurance do we have that our implementation will be successful and on-time. What project tools will be used to gauge our projects progression?
