Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used by the entire organization for payroll, HR and benefits. The system is primarily being used by the HR department however we hope to utilize more of the self-service features in the future.

Pros

  • User intereface and step by step features
  • Training resources

Cons

  • Future hires, terms, and employee status
  • More flexibiity with workflow
  • More flexibility around editing and corrections
  • workday
UltiPro does it's own implementation and Workday outsources.
More work and subject matter expertise is needed for benefits.
