Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

It has been higher in the past. Honestly, our support experience over this past two to three months has been pretty bad.
It is being used across the entire US portion of the company. Helps us with centralized payroll and managing our HRIS data.

Pros

  • Simple end user experience
  • Custom reporting capabilities
  • Flexible configuration options

Cons

  • Launching products/features without the proper level of instruction and reporting capabilities.
  • Improve support communication system
  • Integrate UTA and Core Cognos Reporting
  • Online training
Great tools available. Wish there were more available.
I think it tends to be more flexible for smaller companies, In large environments, flexibility can become a bit expensive.
