Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used across the organization as a payroll tool. We would like for it to address manager self-service and employee self-service.

Pros

  • We have just gone to SAAS and we are just learning about the strengths.

Cons

  • Customer Support and escalation.
ADP I have used prior
I think there are many opportunities that we have not taken advantage of and we are here to discover those opportunities.
