Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used across the organization for time and attendance, payroll, recruitment and performance management.
  • Part of my job involves analysis, and I like the BI reporting available in Ultipro. There is a wealth of information at the (knowledgeable) users fingertips.
  • Helping to streamline our recruiting process from manual paper based to system based has saved time, frustration and money.
  • Billing and credit memo practices. The internal process can be quite slow and the we've had some issues receiving our credit memos for the last 6 months.
  • It's great the system is so configurable, but there's so much of it, it can be very overwhelming. Knowing the impacts of your choices early on makes a difference.
You don't know what you don't know. We asked a LOT of questions during the selection process, but didn't know about 20 others we should have asked. That's always the way (and I can't think of what they are right now).

Using UltiPro

People who understand technology have no problems with the system. Those who are more people oriented and less techie are a little slower seeing what they need to. But that's not just with Ultipro :)
