Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We are using HR, Payroll, Cognos BI, and Ceridian Tax offered by UltiPro.
  • UltiPro's relationship with Cognos BI has improved by leaps and bounds
  • Basic bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Tax and 3rd party pay
  • Exports/imports and API offers to vendor and other analytic sources.
  • Multiple data-source analytics.
  • Workflows that force/prevent holes in org structure.
Price point was a leading factor for my executives, but the product has delivered better than our expectations.
UltiPro would be a great fit for folks that want a suite of solutions that work out of the box. For folks with over 8,000 pays, and existing bolt-on solutions, it can be a difficult solution to manage.
