Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used across the whole organization for HR/payroll/employee self-service. It is integrated throughout the organization.

Pros

  • Easily adopted by users.
  • Employee Self Service is Fantastic.
  • Core is efficient.

Cons

  • Modules are clunky and do not integrate efficiently.
  • Importing is complicated and faulty.
  • Everything is a custom. The product is not flexible for today's dynamic company.
UltiPro would be well suited for small companies with less than 3,000 employees. It works best for centralized HR/Payroll.
