Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used by the whole organization in the US, Canada, and international offices. Onboarding and salary planning are not supported by UltiPro so we have to go back to Oracle HR for onboarding and salary planning.
  • Documentations are excellent
  • Ultimate Software employees are very helpful and very professional
  • Need to be more global or international friendly
  • Too US centric right now
Comparing to Oracle HR, UltiPro has a long way to go to support International employees.
Well suited: HR and Payroll was integrated. We were using Ceridian for Payroll and Oracle HR for HRIS system. Now we have HR and payroll in the same system.
