Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use the UltiPro system for everything, including: web services, onboarding, benefits, compensation, and performance management. We use it for the entire organization. The system is so robust that we try to utilize the system to its fullest capacity and develop processes and procedures.

The specific scenarios where UltiPro is well suited or where it is appropriate is when we use the performance appraisal capabilities and how it relates to our business model. We also consider the ease and automation of the reporting capabilities. We also like the capability of the onboarding piece and refinement, and love the ability to create a case.
