Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Currently, UltiPro is primarily used by human resources. We are slowly rolling out company wide starting with Employee Self Service. Our goal is to automate as much as possible.

We previously used Mangrove and Millenium. The automation of this system exceeds what we have seen in those two programs. We left mangrove to find something that was more accurate and easier to report form. We have succeeded in that with Ultipro. Having previously used Peoplesoft, I do believe there is room for improvement.
UltiPro would work better for a fully exempt workforce or if using the integrated time clock. Also less complicated benefit plans.
