Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used across the entire organization as a self-service tool for employees and managers, payroll, performance management and onboarding. We are also looking to implement the compensation management module. The self-service tool enables us to manage employee data with a very lean HR team.
  • Ultimate Software has excellent customer service. Our representatives always go the extra mile to assist us with issues and build strong relationships with us as their client.
  • The product itself is very user friendly. This is critical in our organization as we look to improve the employee experience and provide tools that require very little training for the end-user.
  • I really like how to Ultimate works to help users exchange ideas through tools like the BI Exchange Portal, online user groups as well as network groups.
  • Ultimate has room to improve upon the global functionality of the system.
  • The seamless integration between core and certain modules could also use some improvement
UltiPro was selected because of the available modules, usability and ability to customize without a high-level of development knowledge.
UltiPro is well suited for almost every scenario. Key questions could include whether or not the organization has global employees.
