Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We currently use UltiPro in Human Resources. UltiPro is used for the administration of payroll, benefits, time management, reporting, open enrollment, and all other day to day functions. It addresses all UltiPro functionality issues. I am pleased with the software and the customer service I receive behind it.

Pros

  • Response time to customer service is excellent
  • Software is user-friendly
  • Pre-programmed reports are awesome

Cons

  • Creating new reports can be a challenge sometimes
  • The ability to make a change within a life event requires you to create an entirely new life event which can be frustrating
I was not a part of the implementation of the software due to the product already in place before my start date.
