Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use UltiPro as our "people engine" for our organization for payroll, benefits administration, compensation planning, and talent management. We launched UltiPro in January 2014 and are continuing to embark upon full implementation. Each member of the HR team plays a role in implementation and using the system. At this time our managers use UltiPro for compensation administration (merit increase process only) and viewing information on their direct reports.
Pros
- Payroll administration.
- Benefits administration and life events.
- Onboarding.
Cons
- New Recruiting Tool - as a new user, it was recommended that we launch the new Recruiting tool. We have been very disappointed in its lack of functionality and have therefore remained on our previous system.
- Talent Management - also seems to be missing some key features.
