Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used across the organization.We utilize core, performance management and most recently implemented the onboarding module and it has significantly streamlined our processes and has reduced labor hours and the amount of paper! We recently hired on over 150 employees and we received very positive feedback and experience from our end users on the onboarding module. It is very user friendly and has also helped our HR resources significantly improve our internal processes and saves a ton of time.
  • Onboarding module has reduced the time it takes to onboard all of our new hires. Very user friendly feature that has reduced multiple points of data entry
  • Performance Management module has helped us move from a very labor intensive paper process to an electronic process and our managers and employees like the fact they can review their evaluations (previous and present) at any point in time.
  • Reporting features- we really like the delivered report packages and also the ability to develop and run our own reports. This helps managers and above make sound business decisions as they can retrieve data very quickly.
  • Onboarding module- it would be helpful if the documents could pull over into core once the person has been hired.
  • Onboarding module- would be nice if there was a print feature that if you had to print all documents as a package you could instead of printing each document seperately.
  • I have noticed that you have experts in each module but they don't always know the other product to be able to help and assist you when making decisions or setting items up. For instance, we set up our employee type and it did not match the same code as what was in core so when we tried to pull employees over , they failed. It would have been nice to receive an error message in onboarding not allowing us to put in a code that was not in our core environment.
Ultipro is a very well rounded product that had all the features and functunality that we needed. We have also been able to add interfaces to other vendors which has allowed us to effectively and efficiently use our HRIS system. We still have alot of features and functionality that we have not rolled out yet but we are extremely excited to continue to leverage the product in order to enhance and streamline our processes.
With any HRIS implementation , you will always experience roadblocks and challenges. The thing that is most important is how you are able to quickly resolve issues and troubleshoot. My experience with Ultimate professionals has been excellent. They are very quick to respond and help in anyway to make the implementation or core product to meet our needs. We have been able to move from a very paper, manual labor intensive process to an easy to use, efficient, electronic process.
