Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We utilize the UltiPro system for maintaining and centralizing our employee database. We've recently implemented the use of UltiPro's storage functionality to cut down the usage of paper records for filing. All of our employee information is now housed within their individual UltiPro record. This has greatly cut down costs for paper/printing while also helping our HR users access information much quicker.

  • More customizable
For the most part, UltiPro provides the functionality I need to perform my duties accurately and in a timely manner. From an organizational standpoint, I've only had concerns about adding additional customizations as well as accessibility with regards to the utilized web browser.
I think UltiPro is best used for employee/data management.
